iPhone

I loved my Blackberry Curve. Loved it. Notice I have to use past tense when I expressed my feelings towards my old phone. I remember the tragic day that it broke. I walked out to my car to charge it before work. Back track I was at the hospital visiting my grandma a few weeks ago and my phone was almost dead. So I walked to my Jeep to charge it before I had to go into work. I didn't want the battery to die and not have a way for my family get a hold of me if they needed. Now you are caught up. So, I was standing at my Jeep and I plugged my car charger in and then attached it to my Curve. I then placed it on the floor of my vehicle. I noticed the plug wiggled and my phone stopped charging. I unplugged it and looked at the connector. I saw that the female end on my Curve detached from the inside and it would not charge.
I went to the AT&T store and got the LG VU. The phone was okay, but I didn't like it. The screen had a pixel problem and it was not a very fun phone. So after a week I took it back and got the iPhone. I had to get the 16 gig because I have around 9 gigs of music. This 3G kick that AT&T is on is lame and they need to stop advertising it. My phone is a 3G phone but since that service isn't available everywhere my phone still runs on the old 2G network. I love the iPhone and I'm sure a lot of other people love it as well, but it is not a Blackberry and will take some time to get use to.

wow

So, this afternoon was going really well. I was sitting at home relaxing and watching OSU football. By the way we won beating Minnesota.  That is besides the point. I'm home watching football and a friend comes over unexpected. Nice surprise right? Well the first thing out of my mouth is "What are you doing here?" This instantly upsets them because it obviously wasn't what they wanted to hear. A word to the wise if someone goes out of their way to surprise you do not say what I did but rather enjoy their company. Now they are pissed at me and I'm not sure when they will talk to me again.

Google/Yahoo

As everyone knows we have several options to choose from when it comes to picking a search engine. The two that I use nine out of ten times are Google or Yahoo!. What I like about Google is its appearance its very sleek and classy looking. Also it returns a lot of credible hits. Their logo on the home page changes with different occasions i.e.: Olympics, seasons, holidays or whenever something major is happening.
Now, what I like about Yahoo!. I like how it has the news right on the home page. So I watch local news in the morning and during a commercial break I read about national news. Which comes in very handy since I am a business major and a citizen of a country that is on the doorstep of total economic break down (depression).

OSU football

I love watching the Buckeyes (Ohio State university) play on Saturday. Well when I have a day off I like to watch them. Since moving back to Ohio I have found that OSU fans are so critical about everything that happens. We ride the wave of success, but as soon as something bad happens we inevitably say: "I knew it.... I knew we/they were going to lose." This normally occurs when we play a bigger ranked school. As soon as we play a small school that even the ESPN broadcasters haven't heard of and  we win you hear "We have a shot at the national championship.... I don't know why were aren't ranked first." If you try to remind them about what they previously stated about the team they refuse to believe any such nonsense came from them. All I'm saying is if you want to be a fan stay true.

Summer quarter

Summer quarter is finally finished. Well, I took my final exam on September 6Th. I only took three classes but one of the classes (Science) I hate! I would rather work out long division for five hours than sit thorough a lecture and lab. I took my final English class as well (Imagines of Men and Women). The teacher was ridiculously hard, and I wish i was just dramatizing it but I'm not. I didn't think I was a great writer, but he tore my work apart as if I were in high school. I'm finished and that's all that matters! I also just started my series of math, business calculus. I only have three more sections of math remaining I believe. Classes resume September 24 and I am only taking fifteen hours, but if I take anymore I will screw myself over and have to retake the same classes over when I transfer. The three classes are as follows: Economics 240, Math 131 and Science 102.  When I complete my final requirement for business, Accounting 106, I will be able to transfer. Here are my grades for summer quarter:
  • Math-A
  • Images of Men and Women-B
  • Science-B
My accumulative grade point average is 3.5 something something as long as I can keep that up I will be able to enter any Ohio business school.

HA ummm wow....

So, I blogged a few days ago about life revolving in a circular pattern, and I felt its end/beginning coming around. Well it did and I didn't even know it. I don't know if it should affect me or I should get over it?! I guess since it has already come I will just shrug my shoulders and keep on.
